  Kevyn Warnock

After pursuing several careers, Kevyn Warnock finally settled on art as the only career that could "create passion in her life". She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a drawing and painting emphasis from the University of Utah and continues to pursue her passion for art in landscape painting.

"I found plein air landscape painting to be the most difficult and interesting facet of painting," the artist says. "I have been mesmerized by the light playing on the scene, the subtle colors and particularly the patterns created by the change of seasons and time. All of these become critical parts of the painting. There is a never ending source of material in landscapes. Everywhere I look is a painting waiting to happen."

Warnock's works have been exhibited throughout Utah and California, including the Peninsula Museum of Art, San Mateo County History Museum, and the San Mateo County Government Center.
